I-Skin Transdermal iodine is made with 20% SSKI, 40% Aloe Vera and 40% DMSO by volume, frankincense is added at 1 part per thousand.   This product provides 20-mg/drop iodine as the iodide anion.  DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide is a super solvent and detoxifying agent) increases iodide transfer through skin significantly, over 90%.  I-Skin is made with aloe vera to reduce chapping and irritation to the skin from extended use that DMSO alone may cause.   There are approximately 200 drops in this 10-ml bottle and 600 drops in the 30-ml bottle.
