the same i-Skin but with a small tweak in the formula.  Still has potassium iodide, aloe vera juice (the Best I could find), DMSO, distilled water, and 1 ppt Rosemary essential oil. and now about 10% high-quality ethanol to enhance absorption.   Apply wherever you want to add locally in large amounts, such as wounds, the thyroid gland area, and the backs of the shoulders (this stuff seems to break up biofilms in the lymph system to get it moving again).  Recently, a customer has told me she uses it to assist hair growth for chemo patients.   I have found it to be 100% absorbed in 15 - 20 minutes.
